Anachronisms in the future

Even BTTF has a little joke at DeLorean. When Doc Brown unveils the car he says "if you're going to build a time machine why not do it with some style?"
And Marty looks at him as if he's got three heads. It's a running gag that Doc has no clue about pop culture, so to me that was a sly joke at the car's expense.

For the sub it could be so accepted, by the time your tale is set in, that the average vehicle is capable of operating on the ground, in the air, under water and even in space, that its 'name' wouldn't necessarily refer to that ability.

As to games, I should think that a far future would see implants or some form of nanotech standing where today you see a PC or console.

Food names might remain the same. Was a burrito, nacho or sushi called those things several centuries ago? There would be bound to be some linguistic drift over a long period of time, so it is unlikely the names would be exactly the same. But how will your readers know what you mean if you call them something else?
