Where to post images??

Hi

So I see there's a media section and that has images in it, but people upload pictures to posts in this forum. Is it better to do the latter for exposure and feedback?
 
You can upload to gallery and then use an image there more than once with no extra uploading/space. The gallery adds title etc.

You click on the image in your Album in Media Gallery and then there are bunch of different options to copy it into your post. Two examples.
