Not normally, though I was asked for some ideas for the UK cover. I think the only element that appeared was "red queen looming above in the background" - but I like the result.

No, it's considered separate from the original trilogy.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth reading. You don't need to read the Thorns books, but little Easter eggs for those who have.

I finally received my pre-order last night (mail carrier delivered it to my downstairs neighbors by mistake), and started it. About forty pages in and I'm hooked. It took very little time for the character's voice to carry me off to that place readers want every book to take them too: the mythical land of the unbroken fictitious dream.

Just finished the book. Whilst not perfect it is a pretty damned good story. Mr Lawrence is proving not to be a flash in the pan. Appetite is now wet for more offerings.
