It looks as if Harry Potter and Co will be living on for a lot longer that many people believed possible, but this is not going to be in film or even on DVD, for Harry Potter could be getting his very own theme park.
A few details are emerging about these plans and it would seem that they are at a very advanced stage with only the details to be settled on.
According to the People, the theme park will be known as “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” will be built at the Universal Orlando Resort in Florida.
The initial date for opening was scheduled in for this year, but for one reason or another, the opening has been delayed until next year.
The theme park will feature a fifteen floor high Hogwarts Castle, this will be the hub of the main rides and the park will be based around the buildings and lifestyles featured in the films.
