Looks like the magazine Fear want to have a go at relaunching. Seems to be a kick-starter style affair that can be found at:
FEAR Magazine Relaunch | Indiegogo

A short info dump from the above page for those who don't know what Fear was:

Short Summary
Originally launched in 1988, FEAR Magazine instantly established itself as the number one destination for fans of the fantasy and horror genres. The readership included the likes of Dean Koontz, James Herbert, Clive Barker, Sam Raimi and Stephen King. Its glossy full colour layout and exclusive in-depth content - 'written for fans by fans' - earned it and its Managing Editor a British Fantasy Award in 1989.

FEAR's original publisher collapsed due to a downturn in the computer publishing market, for which it was primarily known, but the magazine's founder and editor, John Gilbert, bought backthe publishing rights.

Probably of interest to some here.
