Otherwise - um - what else were you expecting on the website?
They are giving the rules on the competition. It kind of has to be text. (I would prefer a plainer background to make it easier to read, but other than that......)

At least it wasn't some crazy font where the letters drip blood, or look like animals.

I bought the ebook that has the last winner in it -- interesting collection of stories. I'm not sure that I write the sort of stuff they're looking for, using those as examples.
