Pierre Comtois is still around, and published a thick issue of Fungi some months ago. A new issue should be coming out in 2013.

I had heard that Comtois was to do another Fungi, but no details have come my way. Good news, if so.

As for Cthulhu Codex... I'd be a bit wary of going to that sort of price for it. It may be quite reasonable, if it is consistently rare... but I'd do some serious looking first. The Necronomicon Press site still has issues 7-16, all at their original prices, and I'd be willing to wager that this issue shows up now and again at a much lower rate....
