I really enjoyed these as well. Years later when I was read The Books of Swords and I came across Draffut the beast lord I realized that the Swords books (and then Lost Swords Books) were all a continuation of his Empire books.

That. I didn't know.

my copy at 489 pages of actual story with fairly small type is a mere 5 decihamiltons and is pretty short these days.

I read and liked all his fantasy. I never read any of the Berserker books.
They can be referred to as science fantasy?
If so I may like them.
