Thoughts on Extras on Season 2 DVD

I just got my copy this morning, so only had chance to look at the deleted scenes so far

The one about what happened to the Vatos from Season 1 was good, such a shame that was cut out

What's in them? I don't have a chance to buy neither of the seasons, so I have no idea what's they consist.

The featurettes of this season 2 set are great for the most part. The featurette about the extras wardrobe is unnecessary, but the rest of them are worth the look. The most interesting of the featurettes, in my opinion, is the one titled, "The Ink Is Alive". It's an introspection of the characters and the world of the comic book vs. the show and the difference between the two. It's also great because the interview in this featurette with Kirkman delves into his thoughts on his creation as well. I highly recommend this purchase, from one fan to the rest of you out there.

Admittedly, that would have been insightful and entertaining additions to the extras.
