Hello, I read a series of books a few years back that I loved and now I can't remember the author or titles.
The main character was a girl and I want to say her name was Melody or Harmony. Her magical gift was perfect pitch. There was a guy who couldn't remember who he was but he had a special cloak and another man who was a vampire or something similar who protected her and loved her and in one of the books they traveled through the tree of life and it took centuries.
I want to say it was a first novel and she might have won an emerging author award. Any ideas? Thank you so much!
