Malazan Trivia Game.

For a while, Tehol Beddict kept an insect as a "pet".
This insect had a peculiar physical trait: what was it?

Two Part Question.

In Reaper's Gale, Feather Witch ate part of a god. My question is:

a) which god? (I'll accept either his/her common name or real name)
and
b) which body part was it?

First person to correctly guess both parts goes next.

As it's been almost a month with no new question, I'll get this started again.

Who is the following excerpt, from the epic poem "Anomandaris", referring to?

'the menhired one,
winter-bearing, barrowed and sorrowless...
...in a tomb bereaved of words,
and in his hands that have crushed anvils-
the hammer of his song -
he lives asleep, so give silent warning
to all - wake him not.
Wake him not.'

Icaris?

At the risk of having to come up with a question of my own, I'll take a guess.

I really have no idea of the answer, but the talk of hammers makes me think Caladan Brood....because, well, he had a hammer.

Darn it, I can't think of any questions.
And I'm pretty occupied with work, so I'll open the next question up for grabs to anyone who wants it, since I'm not sure when I'll be on again.
