Albeit Science Fiction, the story is based in mathematical theory. The story itself has a parallel to the Science Fiction Space Odyssey of Arthur C. Clarke, but takes us to quite a different place. Admitedly the story is in mid-stride, but the half-way point is a conclusion in itself. I have dedicated a website to it, which contains both a document that can be read, under “The Saga” in the navigation bar, and a video under “The Interview” in the navigation bar. The website location is:

This is not archaeoastronomy in the traditional sense, but does bear a connection to the field.

You'll pardon me, but I don't think this is really about Arthur C. Clarke.

I saw it that way, as I think the story has a parallel to his 2001, as I explained. A parallel means it is related to the work in a certain way.
