Book Clubs

Can anyone point me to a good Book Club (either SF & F or one that offers genre titles) that will accept non-American/Canadian/British members?

I was once a member of the Book of the Month Club, but they stopped selling to my country. Apparently there isn't any Club currently willing to take me.

I know the American SF Book club has Cannadian members,but they won't take anyone from the UK due to shipping costs.
