banath vs jimmy

ive just finished reading flight of the nighthawks and i was mildly suprised to read that the discriptin of banath the god of thieves or kalkin as he's known in novindus *makes protection sign* resembles jimmy the hand in looks and that cheecky smile and sence of humor. i was wondering if anyne else had noticed that? and if jimmy was one of thoses people who the gods left a peice of themselves in, like ralan bek who has a peice of the mad god in him??

Nah, I think Jimmy just was the typical 'good thief' that knew his craft well.

But that is a good connection, I didn't see that before.

anyway do people that have "a shard of a god" inside them live long lives?
i know jimmy blew himself up ... silly plonker.... but he was getting old so....
