looking for a book~possibly printed 1990-2003

I too am looking for a book.The main character is a young woman(on Mars)& they're terrafarming(terraforming)/miningShe works with her father,whom she takes a bath with innocently.She also survives(in a cave/under rock/mountain/underground),hiding from a computer that sends(a radio transmission?)to control her mind.It actually does for a little bit.They have machines that make clothing,shelter from natural elements.They also go to a big meeting of the settlers where she becomes romantically involved with a young man.Maybe he's in a domed city?She stays with someone either in a cave or under a mountain also.If anyone can help me...please post.Thanx.I love this forum!Happy New Year everyone!
