A series of crime novels by Donaldson under the pseudonym 'Reed Stephens'.
Not exactly Fantasy or SF but I'm just wondering if anybody has read them and, if so, are they worth a purchase?

No. I've meant to, but I've never been able to find any of them anywhere.

Don't know if it's the same story line (and it's definitely under Stephen R. Donaldson, as opposed to "Reed Stephens"), but from the dust jacket it sounds similar, and (as noted in Book Hauls) I picked up The Man Who Fought Alone a couple weekends ago, and will post back here once I'm done. This poor 9-year-old thread deserves a little more attention!

Amended: The internet believes that this book is a continuation of the Reed Stephens books. Drat! Now I have to find them!
