So, I looked up White Night on Wikipedia and Google, and most of the references I got had to do with the time period (mid june) where the area north of the artic circle doesn't have sun set for several days to a month.

Specifically, in St. Petersburg russia, there's a 10 day "White Nights" festival over the last ten nights of June.

May not have any relation to the book, but it's an interesting thing to ponder as I wait for the book.

There's been a lot of speculation that this book will be about Thomas.

I haven't read the sample chapters yet, so I don't know if there's anything in those or not.
