These are the five remaining suggestions from October:
Memoirs of a Madman, Charles Bukowski
    The Princess Bride, William Goldman
    Year of Wonders, Geraldine Brooks
    Eragon, Christopher Paolini
    Briar King, Gregory Keyes

I think six is the limit for us since we average 9 votes per month. So, if you didn't make a suggestion for October and would like to add to the above list please do so. I'll use the first suggestion made by a member who did not suggest one last month. This gives more people a chance to have their suggestion included. If you've already made a suggestion for October and have a burning need to suggest another book...just hold on to it for December :)

I think I'll second The Briar King. I find that I'm able to discuss at more length on a book I've never read before, and this one is available here.

I'd also suggest Carol Berg's sequel to Transformation, Revelation. Sometime soon, I'd also be interested in discussing Steph Swainston's The Year of Our War, but I'm not certain anyone else herehas it yet (debut novel by a new fantsy author from UK).

    Oooh, I'm new to this.....

I'd like to pick The Princess Bride because I've not read it yet...however, I've not read any of them so I don't mind actually.

    What happends next?

The sixth suggested book is Carol Berg's Revelation. I'll be posting a poll with the six books listed so the group can vote on their choice. Stay tuned :)
