The ultimate in ghastly apparitions?

A stereotypical dirty, uncouth, wisecracking scouse incompetent, who takes as much pleasure in sending up his much posher but even more incompetent friend (Rimmer) as he does in eating secondhand vindaloo'd space weavel and bogie curry and swilling it down with recycled lager (as if there was a difference :dead:)

Or perhaps it is his positive side. A heart of gold for anybody who is not Arnold Rimmer?
 
He has a very strong sense of morals and always tries to do the right thing. And when you obsess with being neat and clean and responsible...you get RImmer, doncha?
 
Lister is great! A rough diamond. Sort of bloke you'd like to have a drink with.

My problem is with Craig Charlse. I can't stand him in anything else.
