Yeah. "It sounds cool" is probably the only reason they chose the name. It would be cool to explore your idea though, and get rid of the quick-fix they set up in season 3 or whatever where it's like "The Tok'ra can remove the symbiote". I guess there's about a 5% chance that we'll see Sarah again in Season 8 though...
