Now I don't want to get off on a rant here but...

This isn't something I like to talk about, being the consumate gentleman that I am. But this is false information that needs to be corrected. So I will try to answer this question as delicately as possible.

No, "it" is not drawn on. As with Zhaan, Chiana has to have makeup on all of her exposed skin, so what you're seeing is "accenting" done by the makeup artists.

Oh, and Chiana is gray, not blue. And I think all the women on Farscape are beautiful.

Now I don't want to get off on a rant here but...

I think Plethora's question was about "it" as a whole. As I said, there is some "accenting" done with makeup and wardrobe. Gigi's even commented on it at one time in a TV Guide interview a couple years ago.
