Hi
I'm currently working on the 3rd " Call it a Stargate " film
and thought it would be great to have someone write and sing a Stargate song for the credits.

I can't pay you for it but I can tell you that it would be heard by the makers of the TV show, they have already seen the first 2 films and they have read the script fot this 3rd film (and they liked it )
I would put your name and email address / website on the credits.

The song does not need to be long ( 1 - 3 mins max )
and I don't mind if you sample the tunes from the show or you can make your own.

The End file would need to be a WAV.
If can make one I would need it by the 30th march 2003

Many thanks for your time

Okay, I wrote the song...

But there's is no way I'm singing anything! Remember I write romance novels and poety, this is my first song. :blush:

Here it is:

Out Into The Unknown

Looking for ourselves,
looking for the answers
just looking for something out there
that we are missing here

<chorus>
Out into the unknown
Step into the gate
Out into the unknown
Your future awaits

Blindly we travel
on a mission of hope and faith
will it be an enemy or
could they be our saving grace

<chorus>
Out into the unknown
Step into the gate
Out into the unknown
Your future awaits

Step into the gate, your future awaits <repeat to fade>

Ya know, I've often wondered why nobody has. I mean, how *MANY* pop songs did The X-Files have? These are just the ones I know about:

"David Duchovny" by Bree Sharp
"Agent Scully" by ?!?
"Mulder & Scully" by Catatonia

and there's a line in "A Change Will Do You Good" by Sheryl Crow that mentions Scully too.

Stargate needs a pop song!
