So, as the situation stands right now, come Autumn Firefly will be airing on Fox, SciFi (US), Global (Canada), but no word yet as to whether any UK channel will pick it up.
I sent emails to the relevant departments of Channel 4, the BBC and Sky One. So far the response has been:
A phone call from a lady at the BBC, which was left on my answering machine in the UK (I am in Canada right now)` consisting of "We have no current plans to screen Firefly. But your request has been passed on, and if we get
lots more, we may change our minds. "
An email from Sky One,
No response as yet from Channel 4...
