Henry presses his palm, bearing a triangular symbol, against someone's temple, creating a red web-like substance. The he then takes control of their subconscious when they fall asleep. The symbol creates a connection between his mind and the victims.

Well my answer have to be he doesn't have tatoos, well, I would have to pay more attention because I haven't see any. I know that Brennan have some for the last episode but Jesse. Totally clueless on that one.
