Leo's Swordplay.

I was watching "A knight to Remenber" when the Leo swordfighting with the Evil Echanteress guards in the dungeon thing got me wondering. Where did he learn this stuff? Swords havn't been the weapon of choice since the 1700's. yet leo was able to overcome people who lived by them they're entire life.

the only thing I can think is when. All of his past lives were opened up to him he got some of those skills. But, i can't quite got over that I am missing something.

Hmm i haven't seen that epsiode so can't really offer any real explanations. But maybe it's just a part of the 'standard training' that the Elders give to all their whitelighters. Afterall most Demons don't carry guns (so most don't carry swords either) but it feels more within the 'demon' like spirit. Am I making any sense??

Or maybe the Elders have a very cool power where they can bestow skill to their whitelighters in time of need! Far fetched you say? Well if they can give another day of life to the dead............
