ans of The WB's teen alien series Roswell have taken their campaign to renew the show to the network's official message boards. The network previously told SCI FI Wire that it will make a decision in May on whether to renew the series for a third season.

Meanwhile, The WB reported that Roswell earned good ratings when it returned to the air with a new episode on April 16, after a six-week hiatus. The show equaled or surpassed its previous best ratings since November and scored dramatic year-to-year time-period ratings increases in various demographics, the network reported.

there is a post on AICN regarding some bad news on Roswell

As you know, Roswell is produced by Fox and since WB wasn't too happy about losing BTVS to UPN, they might not renew Roswell for third season

So it's final though, Buffy's on UPN? That'll be really weird.
