Tis true.. some of the best stuff has been in short runs.. Even B5 was overstretched with the 5th season...
 
well cos they tied up the whole Vorlon/Shadow thing and deposed president Clarke at the end of season 4, so job done. But cos it was popular they had to make up a 5th season and carry it on...

not that the 5th season was bad, but it was an add-on...
 
I assume you mean Buffy season premiere, cos there are no more premieres of B5 which we were talking about, or Sliders which we should be talking about in this thread ;)

Quinn - orig was better, but the actor left so they had to do something...
