Jeri will reportedly be on both The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Late Night with Conan O`Brien on Thursday, December 14, promoting both the final season of Star Trek: Voyager and the forthcoming release of Dracula 2000.

Jeri`s 1996 television movie Co-Ed Call Girl will be on Cinemax on December 9 and 26 in the US. Check your local listings for airtimes.

You know I haven't seen her in anything else but a two-part episode of Sentinel where she played a rival Sentinel and basically killed poor, little Blair.

Cheers,

JR on Dracula

I watched dracula 2000 and Ryan is very hot indeed. She also says the lines "Did you get my tits?" which I'm sure will be repeated on Trek sites ad infinitum.

Anyway, I'm new here, Shippys the name lippy's my game. Here's my views on Star Trek in a nutshell:

ST original series - good old sf adventure romps. it's been said that gene rodenberry only had one good idea and its also been pointed out to me that a lot of sf writers wrote for the show. some of it is very good, some good and some dreadful. contant reruns on tv causes the old series (and any series?) to lose its impact.

TNG - first series was weak but introduced some great new characters. My first reaction i remember was that Ryker would make a better captain probably because he was more like Kirk. Now, of course, Patrick Stewart seems born for the role.

DS9 - again the first 2 series were dull. It was like watching a soap in space but what's the point of having a space station if you don't use all the sf aspects? The writers spiced it up due to falling ratings and the show has since become the best SF show on television.

Voyager - Oh dear, the less said about Voyager the better. Some of the characters are good and I hope they reappear in Star trek's next series, whatever that may be. But please, blow up Voyager and let's start again.

The movies - It's true, every 2nd film is good and the others mediocre.

the books: haven't read a good one yet.

Shippy

I havent seen Dracula yet but I read your views on Star Trek and I agree with your points on all the series ...:)

Except for the books I have just finished reading one called 'The way of the warrior' by Diane Carey based on DS9 and the episode of the same name however it goes into more depth it was a great story but then I just adore the Klingon culture.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'll look up that book you mentioned - I'm a glutton for punishment!

Cheers
Shippy
