Ok, I'm writing a novel which has to do with the Hero starting out as guy who works at a mill... I was just wondering do any u guys have info on how these things work and besides wheat and other grains they grind in there?
And my story is also based in the winter so I was thinkin I could maybe have the towns people bring the wheat from the summer past for him to grind maybe?
And I don't know, but does wheat not go bad farely fast (like if gotten wet) so would it or not be stupid for them to bring there wheat in the winter.
