wait.....wait.....it'll come to me......I vaguely remember my first day of school ........ sometime in the early days of the Roman Empire.
You young whippersnappers show no respect!
Now, where did I leave my teeth?
:rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2:
 that's exactly what I thought when I saw it at the newsagent!
While I was watching CSI:Miami on channel 9 last night, they showed an ad for the stargate magazine thingy .... you'd think that they would pick the right network ... dunno what channel 9 was thinking in playing the ad...
Well................
Here I am
You're all out in the big world being uni students - gosh, it makes me proud of you all !!! :D :D :D
I'm still in Tamworth. I'm still a lawyer. I'm getting older. My son is now taller than me and isn't far off six foot. My daughter is almost...
another crappy show?
Exactly!!!
The World Cup starts in Sydney this weekend (I think) and goes for 6 weeks. C7 has the free-to-air rights. The first couple of Thursday nights are free so we should get Stargate for a couple of weeks yet. Then it will be Rugby.
And, Nekhen, I...
Fudge, rocky road, puff pastry things with chocolate inside, palmiers dipped in chocolate
and this week I'm making 8 trays of chocolate brownies with a very wicked chocolate/sour cream frosting
****sounds of Homer drooling****
Allan had more EXCITING things to do rather than watch stargate :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2:
As for me, I don't have pay TV so I just did the next best thing and spent the day in the kitchen cooking with a lot of chocolate and watching stargate DVDs on the notebook on the...
I agree about Jonas. The more I see of him, the more I like him. He's a good character. Part of me (and it's an increasing part) wishes that they hadn't just tossed him aside so that Daniel could return. Jonas was part of the natural progression of the show. With Daniel back it's a bit of...
yeah and I've got ten minutes to encourage Pete to go somewhere else for an hour
[actually, he read that over my shoulder and said that DON'T WORRY! I'M GOING!! ]
I'm here because I got my video organised HOURS ago!!!!!
Hmmmmm, when you put it that way
But then you do live near the X-rated capital of Australia ..... Fyshwick, I mean.
As for Jack, give me a Jack O'Neill any time :smokin:
Well, that's okay for some of us, Allan (pity there's no drool smilie) :rolly2:
and what's with the "oldies" crack? You weren't looking in a northerly direction when you posted that, I hope?
It's because RDA wanted more time off to spend with his daughter so he's only working 3 1/2 days a week. So most eps in S7 are Jack-lite. It's very obvious and very artificial. So, if you're a Jack fan, it's a bit disappointing.
We've had beautiful days of 18 and 19. I'm wearing T-shirts again
I'm sure that the Brindabellas look wonderful but when the wind blows down off them .............. aaaaaarrrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!
:D :D :D :D :D :D
OK! WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
Well....last night's episode was just wonderful. I am one of thse people who find Jack O'Neill's absence from the scene in Season 7 to be a great loss. So, after having watched the offerings so far in Season 7, it was absolutely brilliant to see so much...
