That's a good idea, getting it from captcha. I thought of another good way. Look at word searches. Those have tons of random letter combinations that can make good names.

One way I find lots of names is speak a bunch of gibberish or even sing it to myself. Then I write it down and maybe modify the lettering. I also like to take a syllable and add another syllable, trying out various combinations. I could start off with "Thra" Then turn it into "Thrayop"...
