Thanks Perp for the review and comments! To me it was interesting in that I found such an old reference to a set of scales in the legal system from Egyptian times - I would post a pic here but will wait until the end of voting.

I took a half dozen pics that night but this was the clearest one which had a few seconds long exposure. (The pale band of light at the bottom of the picture was a bus that drove past...)
