Barbarian Invasion is gooood, Alexander is meh, well if your like me and love a nice deep campaign map. Empires looks like it will deliver that though ^^

Rome > Med2. Med2 sucked for so many reasons, it was made by a different branch of CA for a start, the Ai was awflul in every respect, milions of bugs and many more. Saying that, Stainless Steel makes it better. But aye, Rome is so much more appealing and Empires looks ill.

Makes sense. A lot of Westeros is semi-british anyway. Increasing ages, ergh, thats a bit meh...but makes sense.

Oh god yes. Lost is to TV everything that Martins is to Books, shocking deaths, complex plot, weird twists etc.

Only way it's affected me is to have a lofty expectation when I read new books. Like I recently read the Eisnhorn trilogy (Black Library stuff) Most people rave about it being 'OMG THE BEST THING SINCE THE WHEEL!' and yet I found it clumsy, shallow, full of plot-holes and wholey unconvincing...
