I found this while researching a recent blog post. "Green" bullets have been around for a couple of decades, so that's nothing new, but the US army is taking horticultural research to places never before imagined--ammunition that contains bioengineered seed-packets to re-seed training grounds with vegetation that is suitable as animal fodder. I'm American but, even so, I can find only one word for that: Crikey!
