Long time folks! I had a serious bout of illness and then travel, all during which I was forced to go on creative hiatus. It was horrible.

Anyways, the one thing I did start doing was research agents and editors for the upcoming San Francisco Writer's Conference and I'm completely floored by the resources on Twitter. I mean, agents are posting entire threads of querying advice on the thing.

Here is the standout one I found:

Kate Brauning (@KateBrauning) on Twitter

So I was wondering, does anyone else here follow twitter? Have you found any good people to follow? Let's discuss!

Yes, #mswl is a good hashtag to keep your eye on. Manuscript Wishlist, for those who don't know. Good for matching your work to agents and publishers.

Twitter algorithms will suggest more agents to follow once you've added two or three to your following lists. Soon you can build up a really useful bank of contacts, and the majority of them will respond to good natured tweets asking for advice (but not, generally, "please read my book" type tweets).
