Terror on Planet Ionus

"One person on Earth has read it, probably enough.." HEhEheH. Silverberg wrote a lot of non-SF pulp rubbish, real hacked-out dreck. He had a fire and lost many books, and was going around buying up one copy of each of his pseudonymous scribblings (think:Cozy Books..) and I bet he couldn't remember much about any of them, and he likely didn't bother reading them either.

There is lots of good old bad old science fiction out there.

But I think this Thread is about to become an institution on SFF:D

As I indicated in postings nos. 45 and 47 above, Terror has some things going for it. Honestly, I think I would find a lot of the series that some Chrons people read less readable than it. It's passable entertainment at best, but the author tells his mediocre story and gets the job done without dragging it out for hundreds of pages.
