Barristan Selmy has been called Barristan the Bold. How old was he when he earned this name? Who gave it to him? Under what circumstances?
 
By entering a tournament as a mystery knight - aged 10. He was beaten by Prince Duncan Targaryen so I guess he named him?
 
I know there's a lady in the tower reference in the books but the only lady in 8 hour I can think of his lady hornwood

In A Feast for Crows, the captain of the Huntress tells Samwell that ironborn captured a Tyroshi trader in the Redwyne Straits, impersonated its crew, and tried to sneak into Oldtown. However, they met the Lady of the Tower, whose oarmaster has a Tyroshi wife. When the oarmaster hailed the ship in Tyroshi, no one responded and the masquerade was over.

"A Ship" would have done.

I totally forgot that. It's really time for a reread but I want to wait until the new book is announced.

Asha ends the attempt by one of the contenders at the Kingsport using words to prove him to be unworthy. Who was her "victim and describe what she said.
 
Pretty sure this would be Eric Anvil-Breaker. Asha told him to stand up and he would have her support.
 
Asha thought that in his prime Eric would have been a good choice for King or at least a viable contender. However he was now so old and overweight that he had to be carried to the mount by his grandsons.

PS Euron later married Asha to him even though she had already fled tbe islands.
