Discussion Thread -- JANUARY 2017 -- 75 Word Writing Challenge

I've almost got my story down to 75 words but not quite sure if I'm hitting the theme... I guess we will find out soon enough.

All my writing time is disappearing into something else right now but hopefully I can come up with something before the deadline. It would be a shame to miss a month. :(

Thank you Victoria Silverwolf for the review, you taking the time out to review everyone's story is very much appreciated!

@Ihe ... brings us to a time when there is a resolution to buyer's remorse.

@juelz4sure ... Brings us to a time when Romeo & Juliet's resolution is thrown in the gods' faces.

Yes! I managed to write one that's not a poem. A bit short, perchance, butthe information is all there… though I suspect few will harvest it :(

@chrispenycate .... Brings us a resolution we can't see because of poor resolution, and because it's one we really and truly do not want to see.

(Is nostalge --- A British English spelling for nostalgia?)

No, invented verb form of the feeling - I nostalge, you nostalge, he, she or it nostalges, shall we not have nostalged? :)

Ah! I understood but not fully. I think that would be called an "over-urbanization." :D

Stable -- Vivid sensory images are used to create a great deal of suspense in this tense psychological drama.

Perpetual Man -- This moving fantasy can be read as an allegorical portrait of patience and faithfulness.

Parson -- Within this fast-moving, action-packed space opera can be found an emotional account of the price of victory.

Hugh -- The painful process of healing from great loss is depicted in this intense, introspective story.

Coast -- This convincing tale of trust misplaced reminds us how the best laid plans often go wrong.

@Hugh .... Brings us to a time when the resolution to your feelings is found dripping from the end of a needle.

@Coast .... Brings us to a place where losing one's sobriety leads to a horrific resolution, as is often the case.

@Shyrka .... Brings us to a post-apocalyptic word where the resolution might be nothing more than resolution; or it might not.

@mosaix .... Brings us to a time when your hoped for resolution might just be your doom.

Phew. I made it. That was almost a bad start to year, challenge wise.
Now just to make sure I don't flake out and forget about the 300 worder. :coffee:

Thank you for picking up the slack with reviews, Parson. I'm hoping to do some more myself next month!
