I'm sure we all have ideas for stories floating around in our brains. The "Sekrit" series of story challenges are chock full of them. Well, let's liberate those ideas.

Pop out your prompts here, promptly.

Here are a few:

-You may be the "chosen one," but it's not at all clear what you're "chosen" for. It may be something mundane like doing the dishes, or you may be destined to save the world from a slavering monster.

-A slavering monster sits down with Donald Trump for a debate.

-Faster than light travel is invented, but when we attempt to use it, all we see is darkness.

-Elves and goblins start an accounting firm in suburban Cincinnati.

-A slight pain in your side turns out to be something completely different.

-Nothing is as it seems, except that everything that seems that it is as it seems isn't seemingly as it seems, except for the things that seem out of place.

-Elephants become sentient.

Etcetera. And...go!

Behind closed doors; a fridge story.

Ancient aliens cross bred with humanity. Where are their descendants? Who really is behind the "space race"?

We've had friendly - helpful dragons, pacifist giants... It's time for beurocratic trolls. And they better save the day with some kind of red tape or complicated form.

You find something you know you should return, but don't.
You witness someone's death and become obsessed with their life.

You open the maintenance closet on Deck 7, and see an empty grav-suit lying on the floor. You turn it over and see a familiar nametag. Worse, the front and inside of the suit is bloody as hell...
