Ok - Who took a Valyrian blade from a knight with nothing but his wits and a wooden cudgel, and what was he then known as, and what was the blade called?

Hilmar Drumm, known as Hilmar the Cunning. The sword is Red Rain
 
Probably a Lannister and it seems like a female title cause men are usually Defenders, Swords, etc. No idea to whom it belongs, but going to go with a wild guess and say Cersei.
