Acting in my unofficial role as cheerleader*, and occasional promoter of Chronners' works online, and to quote Brian's Read Me pot for this board,
This board is for announcements and news of projects - book releases, film production work, and similar - that may be of interest to chronicles members.
I thought several members would be interested to know that our own @Mouse has another book out, The Beautiful Man, available on Amazon at that link.

I think anyone who's read her other books, or even her challenge entries, will attest to her writing skills. I was lucky enough to beta read an early version of this book some time back, and I've had a soft spot for the characters ever since. I also know that our Mouse doesn't promote herself as much as she ought to.

*On a personal note, if you ever do have projects going on, let me know. I have a small but active group of connections.

Seconding all this!

I'm still thinking of a comeback... give me a while.

In the meantime, I was lucky enough to beta this for Em sixteen years ago and can recommend it, too.
It was written 16 years ago?! Wow, it has aged remarkably well. I read it and would have guessed no such thing.

You know what, I wrote it in 2012, and even I was thinking 'blimey, was it really sixteen years ago?'

I did do a fair old bit of editing to bring it up to date though. For example, Ambrose mentions his fans calling him 'king' which is a weird thing kids do to celebs nowadays!
