It's back! (formerly discussed inside Project Blue Book thread)

2.01 UFOs in Combat
I've only watched the first episode of the second season. My overall impression is that the show producers are still embarked on a quest for acceptance.
That's not surprising, considering that many who report possible sightings have been met with skepticism at best, ridicule at worst. The combat pilots interviewed in this episode are significantly more credible than the average crackpot civilian who saw something strange in the sky.
Assuming that what the pilots have seen are actual extraterrestrial vehicles, the question of why remains. Are they evaluating human weaponry for purposes of conquest or are they just babysitting a possibly troublesome species?
I expect that additional episodes will continue to raise questions. I'd be happy if the finale would feature an interview with an ET pilot explaining why they are bugging us.

I have trouble imagining why an interstellar alien species would want to conquer Earth. Eradicate, maybe, but not conquer. Plenty of resources to be found elsewhere.

It's interesting that they've already put out three episodes, instead of doing it weekly basis. Also they went highly on the first episode to do exact thing and talking it from the military perspective, with cases going all the way back to sixties.

I do wonder what the History channel do with the property, because there's a lot of resistance in the circles that doesn't want to bring this stuff up. So people are firmly believing that there's nothing out there and they will debunk anything, even if it's the real thing.

It's what the taboo has done to the subject. You cannot talk about it publicly because everyone needs to be sensitive about releasing the swamp gas. In the other hand, the ex DIA guy said that he cannot explain it, so it has to be unidentified.

Where does that leaves us? I don't know. I suspect that the History Channel is going to cancel this production as well to keep their image clean. If I wrap some tinfoil I might as well conclude that there's some pressure on them for doing what they've done in the past.

They are covering most of the same ground as in the first season. They've added the triangular craft reports while revisiting the military "tic tac" sightings as well as the apparent UFO attraction to U.S. nuclear assets.
They provide a glimpse of what's coming next before each commercial break, then repeat the last minute or so of what had been previously presented when they return to the show. I'm beginning to think that they don't have enough compelling material to satisfactorily fill out season, much less a series.
I want to know what the government is doing or intends to do to turn unidentified flying objects into identified flying objects. How about a trap baited with a little nuclear cheese?

They're coming out weekly here. I wasn't aware that the series had been resumed before the third episode had been presented.

It's not that they don't have enough of material. There's plenty, even they said it. There's a treasure trove out there, but the thing is, it's all behind lock and key because the US government cannot, won't give an official position for the whole thing. I mean there's loads of interest, the Netflix new unsolved mysteries was still among the top 10 in the UK yesterday. Today, different story, but you look at the Project BB and it got phenomenal numbers in just a year.

What they always has been after is the disclosure. The amount of military and intelligence witnesses they're bringing forward tells the tale that it's all possible. That it's not a big hoax, and I don't get why it's such a big secret, when everyone knows what the bloody UFO is. We humans, we cannot for some reason accept that they keep flying around and there's nothing we can do to stop it.

Yes please, and frankly they should abandon the whole commercialised sh1t. Our attention span isn't that tiny.

Yes, but how much of it is redundant? They've done all they need to establish credibility.
They've had numerous witnesses and analysts saying we should be very concerned and that we need to do something about this. So, how about moving on? Show me what they've done and what they're planning to do to answer the questions raised.

I would guess that the drama element of PBB contributes much to its ratings. Attempts to do that in this show, such as the conversations about the latest testimony seem contrived -- which, of course, they are. ;)

In the United States, the term flying saucer was coined by a newspaper reporter in 1947. At that time, all reports were going to Wright Field in Dayton Ohio. Also in 1947, a Secret memo was sent in response to a request by Brigadier General George Schulgen, the Commanding General of the Army Air Force. The USAAF sought the opinion of men who spent World War II and the immediate post-war period studying captured German aircraft and interrogating German and Austrian aviation specialists. These interrogation reports helped them arrive at the following conclusion:

"It is possible within the present U.S. knowledge -- pro-
vided extensive detailed development is undertaken -- to construct a
piloted aircraft which has the general description of the object in sub-
paragraph (e) above which would be capable of an approximate range of
7000 miles at subsonic speeds.

"g. Any development in this country along the lines indicated
would be extremely expensive, time consuming and at the considerable ex-
pense of current projects and therefore, if directed, should be set up in-
dependently of existing projects."

So, the technology existed at the time to construct a 'flying disc' with very long range. The alien spacecraft explanation was the cover story. Men with certain security clearances said these were Russian aircraft. But the goal was to bury this information under decades of 'it must be aliens' nonsense.

(1) The possibillity that these objects are of domestic
origin - the product of some high security project
not known to AC/AS-2 or this Command.

2.04 Planetary Threat
It's interesting that unexplained twirling light orbs have been reported in South American nations as well as in the U.S., but that revelation undermines the theory alien visitors are drawn to cutting-edge military capability and nuclear technology.
I was surprised to learn that the U.S. used foreign UFO sightings as an opportunity to establish mini Project Blue Book operations in other countries. It makes sense that the U.S. government was more motivated by the Cold War than solving the UFO mystery. The South American Chinese station may have a similar political explanation.

It's not that and I wish you would have watched History Channel's The Secret of the Skinwalker Ranch. In it there's multiple episodes, where they are measuring RF frequencies, and filming it for the TV, while they happen. At the end, there's one gigantic conclusion as they collect the data and kind of go along with the Bigelow Aerospace investigation saying that there's a portal. In the show they kind of suggest that it's above the basin that's basically shaped like a satellite dish.

There is another interesting data point that I don't remember bring out and that's a negative magnetic field anomaly. You can find possibly a presentation for it in the youtube. What it concludes is that all around the world, and especially in the so-called "UFO Hotspots" there are negative magnetic anomalies almost permanently in place, not just happening.

If you look at the South America and the map of the Earth's magnetic field, you will soon find out that there's a huge anomaly occuring over Peru, Argentine, Brazil and so on. If you draw a line and connect it to the NMA phenomenon, it would suggest that there's gigantic portal over there. You can find a wiki page on the anomaly itself and it's notified to all satellite operators, astronauts, cosmonauts, taikanauts, and so on.

What I would suggest is that they are interested on us, our doings, what we are doing to this planet and our capabilities going forward into the future. If you look ST as an example, the Federation is doing the same thing with the Prime Directives. Except for the aliens there doesn't seem to be such rules as the interference happens all of the time.

You look at the UFO cases and bring in that nuclear tech... thing is there's another theory and there are similar stories about them all around the planet and that's power stealing. The witnesses has reported on multiple occasions unknown objects in vicinity of power plants, hydroplants, high voltage lines and so on, and they talk about black out... stealing of power.

In Spielberg Close Encounters there is an opening scene, where the mothership suck out all the power and blankets the region under a complete blackout, even though there's huge amount of power surging through those lines, homes, buildings, offices, factories and so on. It has been reported time and again. And there's nothing we can do about it.

What alarms me is that the Authorities seem to be in bed with them to a certain level.

I'm going to link this piece from Above Top Secret, because it's a better translation than the machine translation one.

What the KGB generals says is that the Executive branch is totally aware that they are amongst us and the Authorities has made deals with them that allows the aliens to keep conducting experiments, abduct people, and sometimes not bring them back. You look into the history or into the dictionary and we have a word for it, a war crime, or a crime against the humanity.

IF LMH's theory about the aliens, abductions and souls is true, we are as the general claims, just a cattle for them. Whoever they are. They might want us to be in peace, but their activities are not always peaceful. Not that they are super hostile either as the War of the Worlds is still just a theory. And frankly, as we go forward, there might be a false flag op to start such a thing.

So, from US national security perspective, the situation is frankly frightening, but you look at the world and the conclusion is that we are all in same boat. None of us know enough to teach the masses and those in the know aren't really talking. Not really. There still so much resistance even if they keep bringing in military witnesses in the program.

You look at their testimonies and sure, it's all real. There's no denying it. And none of the people have a really good explanations, because voicing the aliens ... is a taboo.

I did. It's related to show, it's topic, what they investigate, what they talk about, but I get the point and stop writing in this thread.
