Hello! I live in Russia. Can anyone help me with the search for the English edition of Daniel Keyes's book «The Milligan Wars»?
The last time the book was published in London in 2015 (bookdepository .
com/Milligan-Wars-Daniel-Keyes/9780241132913)
I have been looking for this book for a long time and I'm ready to pay for the PDF version, if someone can find it.

Sorry for my terrible english(
It is imposdibe to find the book in internet (i mean electronic version: epub, pdf, fb2). I think there's not The Milligan Wars in internet.
 
This same request has popped up all across the internet (on book search sites) in the last couple of days.

I was wondering when it would finally get asked in here :)

This is "The Minds of Billy Milligan", but I'm looking for "The Milligan Wars". I've been looking for two years. I'm not looking specifically for pdf, I need an English edition in any form:)

The dilogy consists of two books:
1. The Minds of Billy Milligan
2. The Milligan Wars
 
I can't help you find the book, but I'll move this over to General Book Discussion where you might find some members who might have more of an idea where to get it and/or have a copy of their own they might be willing to sell. (Book Search is for those members who have forgotten the title and author of a book which they've read in the past and they need help identifying it, so not everyone bothers to come into this section.)

It would also appear to be in EPUB or FB2, not PDF, but you can probably convert with Calibre or read direct with that or Cool Reader, both of which are available for both PC and Android.

I have already been advised this site, but I doubt it very much. I've met a lot of these before. Always turned out to be a fraud. In addition, they require payment data, and I do not have either PayPal or a bank card. If you can download this book, I'll pay you a double price. I've been looking for it for too long :)

I must admit to having been a bit sceptical, but when I saw it I thought it was worth letting you know about.
It's certainly not a site I've used or can vouch for.

Several second hand copies are available from ABEBOOKS but all in Chinese or Japanese, so probably not much use.

Yes, thank you for your efforts. I'm familiar with this site. I have long had Japanese, Chinese, Hungarian and French editions. I'm looking for an English edition, but my search is unsuccessful:poop:

Since you're russian, I found this ig called 'jeanne_books' that sold russian version. I think this might help :) .Anyway if you manage to get the english version, pleaseeee let me know. OMG never this desperate for a book lol
 
From what I can see, The Milligan Wars was a late sequel published late in Keyes life in Japan (only) in 1994. Interestingly, you can get it in Japanese (and Chinese). I suspect is didn't ever get a publication run in the UK or US, and old suggestions that it was available in English in 2015 are probably erroneous. Its only run in the UK seems have been in HB in 2001 (Hamish Hamilton pub.). ISFDB returns no hits for "The Milligan Wars", and searching for Daniel Keyes indicates that it was unpublished (except in a draft format in Japan).

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings - but I think an English edition does not exist.

ISFBD is a very interesting site, but it does not contain complete information. For example, there is not written about French (2009), Hungarian (1995) and Chinese editions. And how is it possible that the fact of publication is indicated by different sites (bookdepository, Amazon), and about the 2015 edition is uploaded on the Penguinrights website?

I was reading on another section of this page I mean site that is it’s very difficult to find the above mentioned book. This is the section they say to post my question. This is my first post and I’m very new to this. I am highly seeking this book which I know is in Japanese and Chinese. I believe there was a UK version and I think a US version. It doesn’t really matter to me. I can’t find it anywhere. Any hints or does anyone have one to sell? Appreciated
