Nope sorry. Commissioned stories do not count (but you knew that already :p)

I was just about to ask if it'd been announced on Chrons!

That is a really cool idea. It's great of you to give Chrons writers a place to submit. I am grateful for sure. Thanks Glitch :)

I concur with ratsy from up in the great white north. Thanks for the opportunity, Glitch! Is it okay to mention that my story is up as of today? (Yay!) Oh, and any resemblance of my mouse character to anyone we know is purely coincidental.

Enjoyed the story.... purrfect.... thanks Glitch for bringing these stories to light!

This is good news. I'm a bit snowed under at the moment, but hopefully in a couple of months I'll be able to try and submit something. The short stories I've written so far have all been 4-5k, so it'll be interesting to see if I can manage with the smaller word count.

This is one reason for the open ended window. There are many good writers on here who may be busy. With one story published a month, there is no rush on my part :)

Glad you mentioned my name: "Good writer."

I wish - haha!

Anyway, I am busy writing a story from my Minister of Ghosts collection which I will submit. It's done, hopefully in the style of M R James. One character - 25 stories.

Maybe you will find me suitable of a mention amongst the greats you have already published.:)

If not, p'haps I could be the maintenance man. I'm a canny, wood butcher.

EDIT.

Of course I will only be submitting one story that fits the guidelines.

This is interesting. It might just get me to submit my first S.F. story. Thanks for the opportunity.
