I moseyed round there - Snowbooks - if you look under contacts at the bottom of the home page and then scroll down, they seem to be accepting submissions. (Now back to my sniffles and sniffles and general yuck...)
Good to know. Not sure how hawkishly they're watching their subs inbox these days - they've diversified into software publishing recently, and if they've buried their subs page way down in that dusty part of the website I'm guessing that it's unfortunately not their priority right now.
Like Jo's publisher, mine, Elsewhen Press (UK), is closed to submissions for the rest of the year, but worth keeping in mind when they reopen. I can't say enough good things about them.
