Did 2019's Twilight Zone Copy a Story by Philip K. Dick?

I have read a story by Dick entitled "Small Town" that is about a man who can manipulate events in his town by adjusting his small model of it. It seems that the newest Twilight Zone installment features an episode called "A Small Town" that has a very similar presence. I wouldn't have minded an acknowledged adaptation of the story, but not crediting Dick makes me a bit upset. Or is it just coincidence? What do you think?

I made myself watch most of both. It does not get better.
