Can't find spoilers for this online. What does the guy discover on the moon before he gets his involuntary brain surgery?

Why was Tichy on the moon? He was sent there on fact-finding mission by the Lunar Agency. The LA is in charge of the vast operation that sent all of the war-making apparatus of Earth to the moon, and also in charge of making sure that none of the nations know how their self-evolving weapons are progressing on the moon.

I did see that one, but it says "I don't want to say more, but suffice it to say that the Luddite ending itself is highly satirical." So - no explanation of what the guy finds on the moon and how it ends. Saw somewhere else that the protagonist discovers that he is the instrument of the moon robot society attack on o invasion of earth but don't know what that means either. Really, it would be good to have a short summary that is complete.
