James Frey has been labelled as a fake memoirist, but whatever went on in the past is history so to speak, his latest project is science fiction and has been co-writing a new six part sci-fi series initially called “I am number four” with Jobie Hughes.
But the one thing that seems to be on people’s minds is that prospect that James Frey is in fact that well known but very reclusive sci-fi writer John Twelve Hawks, whose Fourth Realm Trilogy has been taken up recently by Fox.
John Twelve Hawks lives his life off the grid so to speak; he communicates via satellite phone with a voice scrambler and even sent a stand-in to a book signing. This guy is a real science fiction character, but is it James Frey?
