I have vary little information about the book as this is something i read about 15-19 years ago.
The story takes place in the future, the story follows one man. I think he starts out as a low thug and progresses to become the head of the organization. he apex's to enough wealth to influencing galaxy economy. by the end of the story he discovers another alien race who tech is all bio engineering he even wares suits with the bugs that can change the clothing at will.
