"Vexille" - anyone else seen it?

I watched again - twice - over the weekend.

I think it's one of the best drawn anime (up there with Sky Blue for me) that I've ever seen; and strangely enough it made GiTS look a bit dated when I watched that over the weekend too

Well, Vexille is CGI. Personally I think hand-drawn animation in general is an art that should not be lost, but it looks like Studio Ghibli anymore is about the only movie studio keeping it alive.


I can't remember which one, but either Vexille or Sky crawlers I watched-and I think it was Sky crawlers, now that I think of it-that made absolutely no freaking sense to me whatsoever.


So I won't go on, but I found it to be even worse than The Matrix. (And whoever wants to shoot me because of THAT statement, you're more than welcome to.)
